Mystery Unboxing
Mystery Unboxing
lights+blue
(mild flashing lights if you use a bunch of explosives in a row)
submission for Minijam #188
A strategy rogue-lite where you have to try and open mystery boxes using various cards that allow you to reveal, open, destroy and create mystery boxes. You can (and should) set up chain reactions using some of the 30 different cards to try and get as much out of the boxes as you can.
Everything in the game was made during the jam, excluding the fonts, and the dot-grid shader in the background and on the cards, and the engines and tools used (Godot, Aseprite, Aseprite Wizard, Ultrabox, BitFontMaker, Audacity).
To win: get C 100 within 5 rounds (however you can keep trying after the five rounds are over)
Windows exe available as the web version has some minor music playback problems.
Enjoy!
extra tip as i didn't know where to put this in the game: scissors and extractors can be used to activate machines

So good, very smooth.
minor bug (may fix after the jam), restarting the game can cause the next round win detection to not work properly, try refreshing when restarting the game instead.
ts is awesome
The music may be a bit buggy in the web version (im not sure how much), so there is a windows version to download if you want (otherwise, its around the same)
